In case of the car accident you should
call the GIBDD (road police) (from the cellular phone dial 112, and from the city telephone network dial 02);
call the “Rent a Ride” Ltd as soon as possible on +7 (495) 782-56-78.
not move you car from the place of the accident until the road police officers come;
wait for the GIBDD (road police) officers and draw up the car accident scheme together with them;
Not depending on who is responsible for the car accident the GIBDD (road police) officer should give you the following documents:
car accident reference/certificate in the form # 12 with the detailed list of car defects;
car accident notification in the form attached to the MTPL insurance.
This notification should contain:
the number of the MTPL insurance of the second party to the car accident,
the number of the GIBDD (road police) officer breastplate
signature of the second party to the car accident
all the necessary information needed by the rules of this notification.
In case there seems to be the fault of the Car Hirer, the Protocol On the Administrative Violation should be given to the Car Hirer.
While filling in the documents, we do not strongly recommend you to state your fault anywhere in them.
All the above-mentioned documents must be submitted to the “Renta Ride” Ltd.
In case of car defects appearing as a result of the natural disaster or the third parties actions (car theft, hooliganism under aggravating circumstances, etc.) the Car Hirer is obliged to turn to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) office and state the incident and call the “Rent a Ride” Ltd. All the documents received from the MHA officers must be submitted to the “Rent a Ride” Ltd.
In Case of the Car Breakdown: In case of the hired car breakdown it is necessary to stop its exploitation immediately, and call the “Rent a Ride” Ltd office. Tel. No: + 7 (495) 782-56-78
